    Hi All,

Due to restrictions on online sports betting in the U.S. (which under the Wire Act has legal consequences), NETELLER, eCheck, Citadel and Instadebit have withdrawn their services from the US market effective immediately. Unfortunately, this has affected online casino and poker transactions as well and means that players will no longer be able to use any of these as deposit or withdrawal options at any online gaming sites including the CasinoRewards partner casinos.

Please be assured that CasinoRewards will continue to operate as usual to our customers all over the world and that there are other payment options available. We encourage you to draw your player’s attention to Click2Pay which at this moment in time is still offering their services to customers in the U.S. For more information on Click2Pay, please click here.

CasinoRewards deeply regrets the inconvenience and frustration this may cause to our valued players. We would like to assure all players that CasinoRewards supports their right and choice to wager online and are actively looking for alternative solutions.

Obviously we will keep you guys posted and hope to have some positive news for you soon.

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the update. I am sooooo confused, maybe you can help? I notice you don’t have payspark/EZ1Pay recommended. Do you know if that is still a viable option? Also, CR offers PaysparkATM as an affiliate payment option. I have a atm card on the way in the mail. Should I change to that?
I signed up to payspark on Wednesday but notice that others are unable to sign up right now on their site. Any advice is appriciated.

    Thanks Ryan!

    Hi Ryan,

I didn’t understand if you will continue to pay NON US affiliates via neteller.

    Thanks!

    Hi All,

We are still determining what can and cannot be used for affiliate payments. We hope to have those answers early this week and will post ASAP. We know the more time we can give you the better.

    Stay tuned…

    Hi All,

    For USA Based Affiliates.

We are unable to send affiliate payments via NETeller.

We do have alternatives for you however we are unable to post them here. Please email [email protected] for details (I realize that’s a pain, but it’s for the greater good).

Those who are ‘ready’ to accept payment by the 6th of Feb will go out in the regular batch of payments.

If those of you who are setting up the aforementioned alternatives are not ready, we will do a second batch of payments the following week to ensure everybody gets paid ASAP.

I am leaving for the conference in about 40 hours, please make sure you email [email protected] (this email goes to us all) instead of my direct email so Renee can help you out if I’m already gone.

But non-US affiliates can leave NETeller as their payment option – right?

Correct. All this madness is just for those under the bush administration.

I hate Bush. Worst American president ever…
Not only because of gambling, but because of war etc. :shooter:

I am glad I am in Europe.

You suggest contacting “our” players to inform them. Uhhhh How are WE supposed to contact them? We don’t have their e-mail addresses, YOU do!

It’s inconcievable to me that YOU would not be contacting every e-mail address you collected when they signed up as a real player, with recommendations on how they can deposit other than Neteller to keep playing.

    ARE you doing this?

Ryan, I’m not picking on just you (just using your thread) asking ALL Aff. Mgrs. for help in retaining our players:Nod:

I like to believe that there is alot going on behind the scenes, and we won’t know til it’s set, just in case there are snags in the plan. Go look in a FL casino bank, you may get the idea denpubl , and hopefully rewards is doing a similar thing….. we all need patience in this time of stress, nothing happens overnight.

    Hi all,

I’m just about to turn in from a semi-late night here in London.

I wanted to post a quick note to let you know we are looking at everything possible and exploring all options. We just want to get something solid – relatively speaking – before pointing in any directions right now.

I completely understand your position – it’s frustrating just waiting in limbo when most are ready to walk the path as soon as they know what it is. You can be sure that as soon as we know more so will you. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the dust to settle like everybody else.

While we’d love to get affiliate payments out on schedule this month I can’t help but feel that we’re going to require a little patience for this months commissions. I think it goes without saying, but just to reassure you: everybody will – this month and all future months – get their earnings.

I’m off to bed … I have that short 22 hour flight tomorrow back to Oz.

    Hang in there guys.

I have used ACH with no problems from the start, will this remain an option?

    Thanks,
    Mike
