For those of you in Canada, how hard would it be for me to open a bank account there? I live in Buffalo, NY so I can go to Canada any time I need to. Do you think this would be an advisable solution to receive payments from all these affiliate programs that are no longer offering any decent payment solutions to US affiliates?
