Our next CAP webinar will focus on US Regulation of online gambling and how it relates to affiliates.
We’ve got some pretty big names lining up to participate in the roundtable discussion… but I wanted to get some feedback from you guys.
What are the burning questions you want to know from legal experts and iGaming head honchos?
September 11, 2013 at 8:36 am #834638uniqueiMemberTop of my head.
1. When will online gambling be legalised in the US again?
2. How much will an affiliate license cost?
September 11, 2013 at 3:38 pm #834639gerelasMemberI’ll be sure to squeeze these in somehow! Stay tuned for more details…
September 11, 2013 at 7:50 pm #834641Marvi1n1MemberMy question is:

Nope, licenses are needed in EVERY US state that has been regulated thus far… all three of them Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware all require affiliates to undergo a lot of financial scrutiny and back ground checks before issuing a license. Also rev share licenses are much more expensive than CPA. BLAH!
