    Even if you have emailed me your Payspark or Bank Wire details please ensure that you have selected it as your payment method in your affiliate profile.

    In other words, as US affiliates we can still get paid through Click2Pay, right?

    I did email you my wire details, but in checking the “update us” page, it does say wire transfer, however there is no details there, and there is nowhere to put those details, is this okay? Thanks.

    US based Affiliates:
    Click2Pay – if you already have an account
    EcoCard – you can set a new account online https://www.ecocard.com/Registration.aspx

    Non US based Affiliates:
    Neteller, Click2Pay, PaySpark, EcoCard, wire and check.

    I must apologize to some of our US based affiliates – until this morning wire and PaySpark were options but unfortunately they aren’t any more.

    We are working on some other options, but that’s what we have for now.

    I have received numerous ACH transactions the last few days, clearly its working for others, so I have to ask myself why cant it work for you?

    Also I really wish programs would STOP pushing click2pay for USA affiliates, last I heard it is NOT an option. I just dont understand how programs keep pushing it when so much talk about it not working are out there.

    I guess then, you are telling us we have only one option and that is with a company I have never heard of ecocard. I sure dont want to put all my trust into that one unknown company.

    Additionally I dont want money being sent back and forth to 2, 3, 4 different countries and banks. Can you imagine the alarms those traces are going to set off?

    Horribly timing here, just as payments are to go out the bottom falls out. :baby:

    Apparently the main processor everyone was using (Datacash) began declining and returning all ACH transfers on Friday. Had they taken advantage of this avenue before Friday it WOULD have worked. Hopefully alternative ACH methods may be found, but I suspect they will be momentary solutions. I think eWallets are our best bet and so EcoCard is the only one I found that works.

    Click2Pay is NOT a viable solution at this point because they do NOT have an easy withdrawal mechanism in place. Apparently they did have one then they removed it and this left everyone feeling uneasy to work with them (myself included)

    Kudos to Brightshare for adding EcoCard and I encourage every other program to do the same. I deally we should have AT LEAST three working solutions available to affiliates and players. I dont think anyone will be happy to put all their eggs in one basket again after what happend with Neteller.

    Well sadly, I guess that means I won’t be paid by Brightshare this month since CLICK2PAY IS NOT AN OPTION (no withdraw button) and ECOCARD also only has 1 means of withdraw which is wire…which is not an option for me. What bothers me even more…is had I not been a member of C.A.P.’s I would have never known I wasn’t getting paid this month, as I have received no notice from Brightshare….:nono:

    We’re going to be sending PaySpark payments through and hopefully they’ll make it. If the transfers are declined by PaySpark, we will be contacting these affiliates and asking for alternate payment methods.

    This is the best we can do at this time.
    Here’s hoping PaySpark is successful in transfering payments.

    Job well done Brightshare for adding Eco for an option!

    well I signed up there reluctantly but still have not seen any money.

    if I’ve done something wrong can somebody contact me from Brightshare explaining why the deposit didn’t happen and I’ll rectify it immediately because like everyone else, ….. I need the money.

    Payments went into DataCash (proxiber) on Thursday. Now it is the weekend for them, so I am waiting until tomorrow (maybe even the day after that) to get the confiramtions.

    In the mean time I have asked our finicial department to figure out the average time it takes for EcoCard accounts to get their money.
