Happy Monday!
Just wanted to let you know that as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the efficiency of the Income Access site and enhancing our services to our clients and affiliates, we have been conducting database server upgrades, which may have caused you some brief interruptions and delays over the past couple of days. However rest assured that all the data has been captured and recorded as usual. The upgrades will continue over the next few weeks to accommodate our rapid growth and significantly enhance the performance of Income Access.
In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience these upgrades may have caused.

Our apologies for any inconveniences. We have indeed upgraded the reports and have added new features to make them run much faster than before. :hattip:
