Judy send me your robots.txt to check it …. it should not block googlebot.
Did you try google fetch to test any url?You can atually also email them to remove it from their listings and remove the block once they remove the site from their listings..
I did both and so far so good… no changes yet or any issues..

I had a friend who something similar 4-5 years back and Google dumped him in 2 weeks. Surprised these guys are still showing in the serps.
There is a thread running on Google by webmasters outside of this industry about updowner
