For example:

I’ve just checked your login and password and there’s no problem.

Aff ClubAugust 10, 2007 at 1:37 pm #745241AnonymousInactiveOK, I finally got in to the new stats system ….(AGAIN)
Why this had to change my username that worked during the first few days of the program….makes absolutely no logical sense….but oh well. (waiting for over 4 weeks for an answer is bad too and only happened in my case after others recommended that someone should help me….but that is also another story.)
Ok, last night I briefly logged in to see if the account did in fact work (and it does) and what my carry-over was….
I noticed that I am only allowed to run a report since April 1st…and I see some monies owed, but not what my screen shot from end of June showed. I am now this morning logging in from home attempting to run a report to see what monies are owed and the system is having difficulty in producing the report. (this may be due to an overload of the servers by those who haven’t been able to see stats in quite some time)
So far it appears that the reports are showing me either 15% or 60-70% of what my stats showed last month….
Could you explain “step-by-step” how an affiliate goes about running a report to see what monies are owed to them if there is a carry-over previous to April 1, 2007?
Could you explain what happened to all the profiles/campaigns that affiliates had?
Could you explain how affiliates are now to set up campaigns?
Could you explain why IOG felt the need to take stats that worked, integrate a payment system that totally and completly wiped out a set of working stats that no longer allow for campaign tracking and blew away the mojority of affiliates carry-over and thus severly damaging the reminaing trust in the viability of the program?

Universal4August 10, 2007 at 5:19 pm #745264sipherMemberI was told by my aff manager that the online reports at Affclub were inaccurate. It was just a hint for the aff managers to see how the affiliates were doing. I dont know if I wanna promote their brands if I cant trust the stats..
August 10, 2007 at 5:46 pm #745267AnonymousInactiveI would assume, like any new interface (especially lately it seems) it will take time to iron all the reports out.
August 11, 2007 at 10:56 am #745299sipherMemberSure but in my opinion it should be in their interest to pay us. We shouldnt have to remind them and give them usernames etc etc in order for them to look into our accounts.
Why not just look through every single account and see if there’s something wrong. I doubt that they had paid me if I didnt contacted them and asked where my payments are.
August 13, 2007 at 12:28 pm #745402AnonymousInactiveI understand you are starting to send emails out now (of course I didn’t get one) that states all monies and negative balances have been transferred over to peoples accounts, thus finalizing the merge.
This of course is NOT true in my case as there is still missing revenue and I would like to know how we can see monies owed to us previous to April 1st 2007.
I took much care and time to ask detailed questions asking you to explain (TO EVERYONE) how to look at stats that you are saying have been transferred….and have not been transferred in many many cases.
Where do we see carry-overs prior to April 1, 2007?
Where do we see a running total of money owed to us that has NOT been paid?
Playtech covered these areas extremely well for us, and I’m sure they continue to provide this data to you, why are you HIDING this information from us?

Universal4August 15, 2007 at 8:23 pm #745694AnonymousInactiveFirstly did you e-mail [email protected]. If you noticed I posted two e-mail addy’s one for general enquiries and one for payment/account issues.
Of course I will now follow this up for you, but any further issue(s) you have concerning your account please use the e-mail addy’s, this is why they were created.
Again [email protected] this is for payment/account quires.
[email protected] this is for general issues for example login problems. Also you might of noticed Richard the post on 06/05/2007 concering logging into your account. http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/update.20801.html.
If you tried this I think you might of saved some frustration I’ve witnessed in your posts, Of course I take responsibility for you not reading this thread and applying the information I posted over two months ago.I will follow up on your request Richard and get back to you over the next few days.
Warm Regards
Elliott
Aff ClubAugust 16, 2007 at 5:34 pm #745814AnonymousInactiveSo in other words, you do not want to state publicly how any affiliate is able to see the carry-over data in the new stats system?
Rick
Universal4August 17, 2007 at 12:59 pm #745902AnonymousInactiveThose email adresses do never reply! Elliot you also did never reply to my PM. I´m not able to get my party cashier details, I´m not able to see any of my IOG commisions being transferred!
Will this ever end?August 17, 2007 at 2:41 pm #745925AnonymousInactiveI referred your PM to the appropriate dept. Please PM me dates you sent any correspondence to either e-mail addy I posted.
I’ll investigate this for you, and get back to you Monday or Tuesday with a solution. Please accept my apologies and I thank you for your patience.
