    Elliot,

    I have told you numerous times.

    My IOG account is/was universal4.

    When the change first took place, my IOG username and password allowed me access to the affclub website.

    When I started questioning what happened to my carry-over my account was suddenly dis-abled.

    I do have a screen shot of the carry-over which was taken within a day or so before the actual switch to the new site.

    I will ask the same thing I have asked before.

    Do you have plans on re-enabling my account? If you re-enable the account and the password isn’t retrievable, as long as a brute-force password is chosen and I am able to retrieve it by email automatically, I can handle getting logged in.

    After that we can discuss the actions that may or may not needed to be taken so we can move forward.

    I will be happy to report back here as to the progress of this situation.

    I have supplied my username.
    My email address you already have.

    If the password can not be retrieved, create a new one and force the database to email it to me.

    And of course, NONE of the above items, even if you didn’t have them, should keep you from answering the question.

    hi,

    can anyone here answer this question for me tooo????

    i was told that when they mergerd with party partners that an account was opened for me to get my commisions,. but i can’t log in? i have emailed numerous times now asking for my log in info and no response. They told me that the commision that i had back with iog would be in my party account this month, but i can’t even get into my account to find it>>

    did you all make your own accounts up at party or did iog make them for you?

    i am afraid to start a new account at party and then have my money sitting in an account they made up that i can’t get to?

    thanks for any help or ideas.

    I was originally told that IOG had created an account for me, however when I posted here Elliot pm’d me and asked me to create one. I did that, let him know the account id and can’t log into the cashier to see if there is payment of my IOG funds either. I assume they aren’t there as someone in this thread posted that when you have funds you receive a id for the cashier that is different that your actual account. Waiting game….

    A mass e-mail went out to our affiliate database with instructions and links to open your cashier A/c. It would seem you and a few other people didn´t get this mail, No problem.

    Please PM me with the e-mail addy you have been using to seek a solution. I would also ask you to include the dates the e-mails were sent.

    Our office won´t be open until Sunday however i hope to get this all sorted for you then.
