My commissions have seemingly been lost in the black hole…
I´m in the same boat. I contacted them rquesting my commissions, they confirmed a small incorrect amount and after I complained about the amount, they directed me to my former IOG affiliate manager.
Well, she declines my former IOG commissions. So I decided to send her an email that I had stored, in that email the same person confirmed the correct commision.
I never heard back now!
I don´t believe to get paid correctly ever, I posted this just for warning affiliates, who are thinking about to work with this group.
June 29, 2007 at 12:45 pm #741104AnonymousInactiveStill awaiting on a phone call after my number was requested four days ago but no luck. One of the reps responded to an email requesting my money a few weeks ago but I supplied my party cashier information still nothing has come out of any of this
June 30, 2007 at 7:47 pm #741258AnonymousInactiveElliott,
I have supplied you with my username and all you have done is request my Party Poker account information.
M account at Affclub(formerly IOG) is still disabled and you have not contacted me with any kind of resolve or reason why an account the i COULD log in to suddenly stopped working….and what exactly has happened to my carry-over.
You have responded to others here offering to help with their accounts as you ignore my requests for responses.

July 3, 2007 at 2:29 pm #741516AnonymousInactiveSeems they do not find it worth to response or to pay what they owe us.
July 10, 2007 at 12:27 pm #742112AnonymousInactiveMy 2p’s worth…
I was having troubles with the payments being late before on the older IOG program during the integration to the affclub.com site and when the payments were going via PartyCashier but well they came eventually – after quite a lot of chasing mind you..
Elliot was very reassuring and I got the feeling he was as frustrated as me when chasing – but the main thing was it got sorted
Last month, I almost fell over – they paid me for May within the first week of June!!
This month, however, not sure what’s going to happen – just waiting to see at the moment.
I remember IOG’s original terms were to pay around 19th so I’ll wait until then before going through the monotony of disabling their ad campaigns, awaiting payment and then putting them back up again lol..
Cheers,
Geno/CCJuly 11, 2007 at 1:08 pm #742188AnonymousInactiveThey won’t even talk to me.

Universal4July 11, 2007 at 7:57 pm #742224sipherMemberSure they will. Just PM Elliot here at CAP and he will help you out..
July 11, 2007 at 8:07 pm #742226AnonymousInactiveI don’t think anyone should have to PM a rep to get a response. The reason IOG has a forum (and I believe one of the criteria) is for them to resolve issues.
They need to get in here and resolve issues a bit more quickly, IMO. Makes it look bad for them otherwise.
July 11, 2007 at 11:38 pm #742245sipherMemberI agree with you totally. Im just saying when I sent a Pm to Elliot my stuff got fixed.. But Im still waiting for the June payment..

July 14, 2007 at 5:13 pm #742478AnonymousInactiveElliot,
Can we start with you enabling my account?
Can we then move on to what has happened with carry-over from the IOG Program? (I am NOT the only affiliate that has questioned carry-over from the old program)
Has my case been ignored in the hopes that I would just go away?
You have yet to answer why an account that clearly was working, suddenly stopped allowing access to the stats program.
What does my Party Poker account have to do with the new IOG Program?(this question has been asked before and has been ignored also)
I have no plans of giving you access to my Party Poker account, but am attempting to make you aware that you just can NOT ignore situations like this and think you are in the good graces of affiliates.
If you take a look at my IOG Account history you can easily see it’s not that much money…..just slightly below the minmum payment threshold……and certainly not enough that you should use these situations to upset the affiliate community. (does IOG need the money that desperately?)
The rollover at the beginning of June very clearly shows a carry-over that did NOT show in the new stats for the few days that I was allowed access. (I have a screen shot)
During the course of this thread, you have done very little to repair the damage to your reputation that this move/merger has done.
Stop avoiding me, Let’s work it out.
