January 3, 2007 at 12:53 pm #720686JimmMemberHi all,
I must sincerely apologize for the PlayShare Affiliates website not functioning properly over the past 2 days. It is obviously crucial to your respective marketing efforts that you have access to campaign and player statistics, and this downtime has undoubtedly inconvenienced you.
Some casino software upgrades were completed yesterday, and they required some modifications to the affiliate system to display your statistics as per normal. Unfortunately, our developers were only informed of this update after the fact, and have been working around the clock to get everything up and running.
They have now told me that they require some input from the software developers, and this is what we are waiting on right now.
Without wanting to make any false promises, we are expecting to get everything back to the way it should be within the next 24 hours. If there are any developments in this regard, I will be sure to let you all know.
To end this post on a positive note, I can tell you that we will be launching a new, and massively improved, PlayShare Affiliates reporting system later this month. This will not only improve your ability to analyze your campaigns, but will also ensure that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

January 4, 2007 at 3:24 pm #720878JimmMemberHi everyone,
I am more than a little embarassed  to report that we have not yet been able to resolve the problem preventing affiliates from logging into the PlayShare Affiliates website to check stats and retrieve marketing materials.
The development team have spent the last 6 weeks rebuilding our affiliate application, from the ground up, in order to remove the reliance on any third parties. Unfortunately, to date, we have been almost entirely reliant on these third party services, some of which have proved unstable in certain areas of the application. All we can do is apologize profusely for this.
The only consolation is that we are just a few days away from launching an independent system which should provide the stability we all expect. The system also offers additional statistical reports, as well as a neater and more user-friendly interface.
There is light at the end of the tunnel… I promise!

Lawrence.January 5, 2007 at 3:12 pm #721078JimmMemberYou can login now! The issue has been resolved, so you can now check your stats and get new banners. :clapper:
The new system is not live yet, but it is just about there…
