collecting signatures via placing links to a sig site from all the portals can also be useful.

I just registered repealuigea.com and can setup a script to collect petitions against the uigea. Anyone want to help out?

Hi CGW, In my daily routine of searching gambling news I came upon your http://www.casinogamblingweb.com/gambling-news/gambling-law/internet_gambling_outcry_campaign_created_to_repea l_the_uigea_45577.html

I inquired about it at gpwa (before I found this thread here) and got some helpful info if you are interested:

    xxhttp://www.gpwa.net/forum/frank-repealing-uigea-will-take-time-170587.html

I feel your outcry campaign will be effective if we can all come together. I will be writing letters. Could you also post the link you would like me to use on my site(s) to help this cause.

    Thanks for your efforts.

    Mojo

You have a problem with your script. When viewing the signatures go to click the link to the next page. You get a server not found error. The script is linking to http://results.php?query_string rather than http://www.repealuigea.com/results.php?query_string

I checked it, and it seems to work fine. I went to view signatures and I could navigate to the next pages without a problem… I ‘d like to replicate the error but can’t seem to.

Ahh… I figured it out. After confirming my email address it said something like click here to see the results and linked to http://www.repealuigea.com//results.php Notice the 2 slashes between the domain and page. Go back to that url and you will see the error.
