I was conversing with a customer that is a dedicated Intercasino monthly player. He had received an email from Intercasino telling them that he was no longer going to be receiving the U.S. Dollar bonus and should download the GBP version.
I understand that the U.S. players have not been allowed to play in over a year, but shouldn’t this persons account some how be tracked to this original affiliate?
I am sure that I lost this person due to the fact that:
1. Intercasino told him to sign up for the GBP version of the game.
2. He didn’t use my affiliate tag, he received it from Intercasino.
So how is this fair to the thousands of affiliates that have sent Intercasino hundreds of thousands of players “hoping” that they would be paid out the lifetime of that player.
Any thoughts…
