Of course they pay when the problem is up at a forum like this. Otherwise they probably wouldn’t have cared. But then I haven’t read their terms and conditions so I don’t know if they should pay either..
April 10, 2005 at 10:35 am #663944AnonymousInactiveThe thing is – they came to me.
April 10, 2005 at 5:44 pm #663947AnonymousInactiveI am sure glad to see this resolved. Good going Professor, smart move, Sophie!
Perhaps Tradal can improve it’s reputation.
April 10, 2005 at 11:27 pm #663960AnonymousInactiveGlad you got your resolved owldeath2.
We still are owed quite a bit of money from Empire via Tradal…..
April 13, 2005 at 7:53 am #664078AnonymousInactiveOk, received $5940 via neteller today thanks to this site. Will post when the rest is delivered.
Many thanks.
April 13, 2005 at 12:48 pm #664087AnonymousInactiveGood going Owldeath!
Ellen, have you tried taking this up with Empire directly? I think Empire may want to see this thread and also get some detailed info from you.
If I was a poker program, I sure wouldn’t want to be on your bad side….
(lol, that sounds wrong. I wouldn’t want to be on your bad side regardless…. I guess the foot is still firmly planted in my mouth! )
April 13, 2005 at 9:48 pm #664114AnonymousInactiveDominique, I have no idea who to contact at Empire (do you have a contact?). I did try to email their support about it 6 mos ago or so, and they told me to contact Tradal directly so that’s the only one we’ve dealt with. We get emails weekly from some new Tradal employee asking us why we don’t advertise for them, offering us extra and when I email them back explaining we don’t advertise for Tradal and this is why, they never respond.
Would be great if you knew who to contact there……
April 13, 2005 at 10:01 pm #664116AnonymousInactiveI’ll try to get you a contact tomorrow.
Thump me on the head via messenger if I forget….
April 16, 2005 at 12:16 pm #664237AnonymousInactiveI have now received most of the payment from Tradal, thanks to everyone involved.
April 25, 2005 at 2:40 am #664672AnonymousInactiveIt sucks they pull this number on you, but you should have done your homework first, especially if you are going to spend some big bucks on promotiong the brand. What I mean is:
If you went through 888.com’s affiliate program – their commission structure is:
Casino-on-Net
Monthly Number of New Members: Amount That You Earn per Player:
1-20 $200
21-40 $250
41+ $300so you acctually lost not $8,200, but $12,300
Let this be some positive critic, not just for you, but for evetybody else. Do your homework.
On another note – yeah, Tradal trully sucks.
May 4, 2005 at 10:52 pm #665093AnonymousInactiveShould get the rest of the payment through this month – will update on here if and when.
May 6, 2005 at 9:57 am #665157AnonymousInactiveDom, I emailed the addy you gave me about 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard a word. :unhappy:
May 6, 2005 at 2:58 pm #665175AnonymousInactiveDid you put the referral name in the subject line?
May 7, 2005 at 7:17 am #665217AnonymousInactiveI don’t remember, if you told me to, I did. It doesn’t matter, I’ve spoken to 5 different people from there and they always brush me off, they’re a bunch of scum sucking assholes.
I know you just tried to help, don’t worry about it.
May 7, 2005 at 10:21 am #665218AnonymousInactiveThere have been numerous warnings about Tradal since the beginning
of internet casinos, lets hope others will avoid them like the plague.
