Of course they pay when the problem is up at a forum like this. Otherwise they probably wouldn’t have cared. But then I haven’t read their terms and conditions so I don’t know if they should pay either..

Ellen, have you tried taking this up with Empire directly? I think Empire may want to see this thread and also get some detailed info from you.

)Dominique, I have no idea who to contact at Empire (do you have a contact?). I did try to email their support about it 6 mos ago or so, and they told me to contact Tradal directly so that’s the only one we’ve dealt with. We get emails weekly from some new Tradal employee asking us why we don’t advertise for them, offering us extra and when I email them back explaining we don’t advertise for Tradal and this is why, they never respond.
Would be great if you knew who to contact there……

I have now received most of the payment from Tradal, thanks to everyone involved.
It sucks they pull this number on you, but you should have done your homework first, especially if you are going to spend some big bucks on promotiong the brand. What I mean is:

On another note – yeah, Tradal trully sucks.

I don’t remember, if you told me to, I did. It doesn’t matter, I’ve spoken to 5 different people from there and they always brush me off, they’re a bunch of scum sucking assholes.
I know you just tried to help, don’t worry about it.
There have been numerous warnings about Tradal since the beginning
of internet casinos, lets hope others will avoid them like the plague.
