Hey Everyone,
I just received an email from one of my players, that tower refuses to credit his account. I had a deal with David Visser the director for Tower, for x8 unlimited bonus and 45% ngr. It seems that David is not the man of his words and refuses to pay me. According to David everything was fixed and the affiliate payment was processed, it seems now that my player was contacted and according to him, this deal was never made and also my affiliate account was closed. Please note that i want this situation to be resolved. I dont think its fair to promise someone a deal and once the company has made the money on the affiliate, some of these affiliate managers fail to come online and never respond on the payment issue.
I also think that no affiliate should have to wait for 3 months to receive their commission and have their affiliate manager continuously lie to them saying that the payment has been processed only to find out that they dont have your payment details and when you write to them several times with that information they continue to ask for payment details.

Its funny how when they need you they are quick to reply to your emails and answer your questions, but when something like this arises, you cannot find them online.
November 20, 2009 at 12:06 pm #805971GS – JamieMemberAfter going over your account we were hoping to pay out your commissions. But due to Ongame and Ongame policies, it has come to our attention that you are paying rakeback to your players. Ongame has informed us that you are a black listed affiliate on the Network. We would like to pay out the commissions on your account, but we do not have your account payment details.
Keep in mind this will be the last time Toweraffiliates will pay your account. Please do not promote Towergaming at anytime.

November 20, 2009 at 12:58 pm #805974GS – JamieMemberCAN SOMEBODY FROM CAP help me with this situation? I have been contacting them regarding when the payment is going to be processed and i get no response.
November 24, 2009 at 11:44 am #806032GS – JamieMemberI have contacted one of the Managers from Ongame Network and they have informed me that i am not a black listed affiliate. Tower Gaming are a bunch of scammers, they have created this story so they are able close my account. I have print screens of the conversation i had with the director of Affiliates ( David Visser), for the past 3 months they have avoided to pay me . Today i have contacted LGA and i will also contact the authorities based in Canada which regulate their license, so they can investigate this entire situation.
November 26, 2009 at 10:31 pm #806112AnonymousInactiveSorry for the delay on this. We have been trying to reach David to rectify this.
Please PM Yvette and she will follow-up once again.

November 30, 2009 at 9:42 pm #806160Scratch2CashMemberThis will be my last post concerning this issue. Bruno Parsons x affiliate director for Stryyke was warned on many occasions about his rake back promotions concerning towergaming. This affiliate has on many occasions have doctored documents and spread untruths. Most affiliates know the mess he caused affiliates concerning Stryyke when they were on Ongame. Bruno aka multirake1 knows the rules and completely abused them. And has completely proven them in his posts.

Definitely resolved. Rakeback is a no-no on Ongame.
