My main worry for the aff sector next month is that people won’t be able to receive payment and the mess we had immediately following UIGEA will start all over again.
I covered my (big ) butt on that one, and it took me 3 months because I didn’t know what I was doing.
IMO it is unwise to receive payment that is not clearly visible to the IRS and totally transparent to the authorities. It is actually easier to hide than to stay transparent, and I have a feeling that rather than attacking the affiliate community by trying to sue for advertising, the government will attack by accusations of money laundering.
If they make payments from casinos to affiliates in the US impossible (and they have all the neteller info) it will drive people underground. And I think that is where the danger lies. I view it as a type set-up, they force you to go underground and then punish you for it.
I strongly suggest everyone consult an international tax and banking lawyer to keep safe and keep receiving regular payments. It’s well worth the money.
Then we have the deposit for players and paying out of winnings. But I think that is easier to deal with because it doesn’t require regular monthly payments to the same people. Because affs require payments to go out at the same time every month, it is much easier to track and flag.

Since G&C has a google penalty and the traffic from google is slashed by over 90%, the price has come down for me.
I have decided to buy it back under these circumstances.
