This is more of a poker room support question, as opposed to affiliate question, but Titan’s success = CasinoPartners success, and as you’ll see, I don’t think emailing Titan support would do any good.
First let me just say that around my forum, Titan Poker’s bonus release is known as the slowest and least desireable, running off many a decent small stakes customer.
That being said, I’ve been playing Titan myself for the past month, and twice now, I’ve cleared the required 1000 (that’s correct, ONE THOUSAND) titan points needed for a $10 bonus, only to not have the bonus released into my account. I’ve been keeping a very close eye on this since the first time it happened to make sure it wasn’t a math error on my part. It’s worked fine until today.
I started this particular session with $813 and change and put $50 on a .5/$1 table of 7 Card Stud, leaving $763 and change as my off table account balance. I only needed 14 titan points to clear the next $10. I earned the 14 points and my balance remained at $763.
I know $10 isn’t much, but given the rediculous difficulty of this bonus release anyway, this can only serve to further drive away players I’m sending to Titan Poker.
To top it off, both times I’ve contacted the live support about it and both times it’s taken me 10-20 minutes to get the simple point across that “I just earned 1000 titan points and did not receive the $10 bonus into my real money account.” The support just cuts and pastes bonus terms and conditions that I’m already aware of. I’m still dealing with the current support guy “Benjamin” who said “one moment please” almost 10 minutes ago.
Make that 15+ minutes ago that he’s responded (I’m in the middle of the 15k freezeout).
It amazes me how a company will spend thousands on marketing and design, and then hire their customer support staff with bowls of rice and expect things to go well.
Either Titan’s live support has a very very weak grasp on the English language, or they’re using chimps. I’m not saying everyone should speak English, but for poker rooms that are USA facing, this is a must.
20 minutes now and still waiting on “Benjamin” ‘s one moment to be up….
If this is the same kind of treatment my players get, it’s no wonder they all laugh when I promote an event at Titan Poker.
