and every day i check the stats
i find these numbers a bit odd
what do you think?

Total Downloads 877
Total Registrations 22
Real Players 1
Active Players 1

is that ok?
i mean sooo many downloads and only 22 regs
even more downloads then visits…

I had the same problem when I first started with 32RED, they told me that people were clicking on my direct download link. Check your tags and make sure that your direct download link in not associated with all your tags. I didn’t change anything when they told me this because I only had one direct download link on my website but somehow it got corrected the next month on their end. Bring it to their attention and I’m sure it will be corrected. Hope this is of assistance to you.

I have the same problem with 32Red. This month according to their stats, they have more downloads than visits through my links. At 32Red they told me the same, that people click on download links too many times. It also happenned in June. But it has never happened with other affiliate casino stats… Definitely, something is wrong there. I doubt that the given numbers show real casino software downloads.

32Red stats are definately a work of fiction this month when it comes to downloads I think.

We generally manage low double digit clicks n downloads (10-20) per day … and we’ve got two or three days that are definately not correct .. at 200+

It looks like something stuck and retriggering the download … perhaps a spider?

Whatever the reason – it’s certainly not converting into accounts and the geographical breakdown numbers look dodgy too.

I think somethings wrong – they’re not genuine customers.

It’s not just the ratio of visitors to downloads that looks odd to me.

Sending over 800 visitors and only acquiring one depositing player is odd.

wha i find also odd is
if i click on the left on Traffic Stats and then on downloads
it says
download date
repeat visito new visor flash visitor repeat flash visitor
this is very confusing all to me

and yeah
so many clicks and downloads
and only so less registrations
is really odd to me

i do not have anywhere on my board
the direct download link Tag
no other programm i have such stats

My techie team has looked into this for me and they have identified that it is the downloads that are being counted too many times (as you all have probably realised).

They are fixing the problem now so hopefully all will be back to normal very soon.

Hi Bonus Paradise,

Thanks for your patience with this, we have found the problem now and are trying to fix it right now.

Basically since we launched v5, one of our servers has been a bit naughty in that it was not successfully flushing out the download figures correctly – rather than bring back the last hour of downloads, it was bringing back month to date figures, everytime, hence why you are getting HUGE download figures this month! :hehe:

To compound this there was also a slight problem with visitor figures – it was flushing data every hour as it should have been, but was only bringing back the last five minutes of data rather than the full hour’s worth – hence why your download figures are higher than your visitor figures :hehe:

Please though be rest assured that there are no problems with the Reg and Real Played figures and you will not lose commissions because of this.

As I say, we are fixing this right now and I have been told that it will be another hour or two until everyone concerned here is confident it is all fixed and working correctly.

As soon as it has been sorted I will of course let you all know.
