Same thing happened with Grand Prive – first with Big Dollar Casino, then Villa Fortuna… I sincerely hope Playshare aren’t going down the same road, because we all know how that turned out!

I have mentioned it before, but the Microgaming brand is no longer the seal of approval is once was. Unfortunately for both affiliates and affiliate programs/casinos!

Sadly (but not simply because of this issue which may or may not be an issue until we hear from Casinoshare) I fear you are right :(

So many issues in a single forum thread… you guys really know how to make an Affiliate Manager sing for his supper :)

Whilst it is true that Quatro Casino has been live for some time, albeit whilst undergoing a series of testing phases, we have absolutely not intentionally withheld it from all, or even some, affiliates for marketing. The official launch date of Quatro Casino to PlayShare Partners affiliates is Monday, March 2, and all registered affiliates will receive communication in this regard. From my communication with a few affiliates this weekend, it has come to my attention that there are a number of people advertising Quatro Casino prior to this launch and without our express permission. I am in the process of speaking to these parties, and will try to rectify the situation as best I can.

KasinoKing’s post about the casino’s promotional terms and conditions have also been noted, and I can confirm that casino management is aware of the thread at the “very well known portal” you mentioned. I cannot comment any more on this issue, other than to say that all comments and complaints are investigated and considered very seriously by casino management.

Regarding Inspiration and Bonus Paradise’s concerns over the Quatro Casino CDs, I can confirm that existing Grand Mondial and/or CasinoShare databases were not used for this. Having been in this business for close on 10 years, I know that the cardinal rule for any affiliate program, besides “pay your affiliates”, is “always give credit where credit is due”. The recipient lists for the CD campaign were not acquired internally, and clearly this is a case of the same person being on more than one list. This, as we all know, is entirely within the realms of possibility. Bonus Paradise, if you would like more information on this, please feel free to e-mail me and I will give you as much information as you need to ease this concern.

This covers the specific points outlined in this thread, but there are some other issues, statements and assumptions present that I feel it necessary to comment on.

Firstly, I am not quite sure why we’re being compared to Grand Prive. From what I understand about the goings on late last year, the similarities are not even close to warrant a direct comparison. If I am missing something here, please let me know, but allegations that we are “shaving” players and/or cross-selling them without affiliate tags are completely unfounded. Should anyone have any specific issues of this nature, I would like to invite you to contact me before posting on the forums, so that you can get as clear a picture as possible before, figuratively speaking, throwing a lit match into a pool of gasoline.

Secondly, I admit that communication regarding this launch has been far from ideal, and I apologize on behalf of PlayShare Partners for this. Once again, we welcome contact with our affiliates, especially if they have concerns that need addressing, so I urge you to make contact with myself or your affiliate manager directly. More often that not, we are in the most knowledgeable position regarding developments within the affiliate programs, and will always do our best to keep you as informed as possible.

And lastly, it appears that some of you are not particularly enamoured with Microgaming casinos at the moment. As Simmo! surmises, this is most likely as a result of a number of seperate issues that have cropped up in the past few months, and not aimed directly at CasinoShare, Grand Mondial or Quatro Casino. We are obviously trying to do the best job we possibly can in making our casinos a success, and affiliates are a massive part of this drive, so please always feel free to raise these concerns with myself or your affiliate manager. Where it is within our power to assist and resolve, we most certainly will.

    Kind regards,
    Lawrence.

Thanks for your reassurance, as always good to hear from you.

i am not sure where bonusparadise got the cd’s from, i would like to know what source sent it.

the bonus terms should be altered, made a wrong assumption on the welcome bonus %

I feel a lot better now that you have explained in a very transparant way what’s going on : i would like to see more programs doing this !

I think tensions about all sort of things going on in this industry make me very jumpy.

Again I have to admit your are doing a great job in keeping affiliates happy !

Thanks my friend for being to the point and i hope you enjoy(ed) your diner.

I will be looking forward to the new quatro promo tools.

Thanks for your fast response Lawrence,

first, I do not like that some are now comparing Playshare with Grand Prive.
This what Grand Prive did to us affiliates has never done any other program as far I know
And until today, I am really happy with Playshare, their conversions,
and with Lawrence and Duywayne, they do a great job.
And I know players like the casinos too.

Yea I know that many players are on many more mailing lists
and we all know datas getting sold and shared too.

    Regards
    Marina

Again, I got an e-mail from a forum who made up its own tags for this casino.

This is really uncool to do,
Since the players go and post around, so they come on my forum and post the new casino.
Sure they do, since they see it already on others places.

Now, I who wait for the orig. tags, have to move for now such posts, since i not send my members to the casino without my tag.
And I dont make my own tag, as its not ok to do that and you also cant be sure it will work.

Sure not cool from some site owners to do so.
We all should have the tags on monday, as Lawrence said,
so hard to wait a few days?

Oh yea, that spam e-mails from quatrovip i got to
and i noticed if you got to quatrovip.com and then you click there on the homebutton
you get an aff tag to the link.
Just deleted my cookies and went to the quatrovip again to make sure I see correct,
There ya go… I then click on home and get this URL
    XXXXXhttp://www.quatrocasino.com/?btag=10905&lang=en
So it seems this site is also just made up by an affiliate, to get as fast as possbile players before all others have tags!?

    With this said, I wondering,
Is there any chance to put a special code on CD download?
So an affiliate get that players?

It may seem a bit outlandish but you are aware that casinos can assign btags to track their own campaigns internally. Why this would show up in a spam email however is another issue

All I know is we did not release any banners until today but there we some that had banners out on Friday and Sat. 2nd I have worked with Lawrence for a few yrs and I can say without a doubt that he is on the up and up no where near close to GP, I believe the problem was all about communication.
