What are you testing?
I was testing Cirrus and signed up and sent a mail with a question but never got an answer.

We accepted you as an affiliate and respond to all our emails. When was the email sent?
The day after I signed up. I never got a confirmation mail. If you don’t have my address I should write to you again.
Probably just some mail problem then.
