I have a technical question regarding affiliate sites. If a site has the usual “Play Now” buttons and links and serves to just advertise offers, bonuses, casino/bingo/poker sites (the usual), could they ever be deemed to be:
a: betting intermediaries
b: conducts or provides facilities for remote gambling of any descriptionMy notion has always been that affiliates are neither betting intermediaries nor do they facilitate gambling as no gambling takes place on affiliate sites and users have to click away to gamble and its just advertising at the end of the day. But I would appreciate thoughts on this.

This is an excellent question, allseeing.
Truthfully, I’ve always had the same understanding as you have… but am curious as to what the “legal” answer truly is. Anyone have some more insight on this?
