Every so often I get an email form a friend doing tech support, with a support ticket that is fun. Thought I’d share the latest one with you, for a laugh – and so you don’t feel so stupid next time you need tech support!

Every time I enter my password to you, it puts in asterisks. I’ll try putting spaces between the letters

I worked in a few tech support departments at some big internet companies and after while you don’t even wonder anymore the things people can do say or think of LOL
I once had a lady determined to prove that I was sending her viruses to her computer while she was on the phone with me.

Tech support on the phone is pure nasty torture.
Tech support: How may I help you?
Customer: blah blah blah etc
Tech support: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: A little grey one.

I’m afraid I’m going to have to hang up on you now…….A friend of mine works at Creative Labs. One day he got a call from a woman who was surprising her husband with a new audio card.
She was having trouble getting the card to fit into the slot.
During the call, he heard some banging. Apparently the woman got a hammer out.
She got the card in………cracked the motherboard.
Bet her husband was surprised!
