Hello,
as I ‘m new to the world of casino affiliation, can someone of this board explain to me what does mean the following point of the T&Cs of the affiliation program of Casino Rewards, as the managers of this program seem to be very busy right now.
***************************************
If your Profit/Admin ratio is below 2.1 and your Purchases/Admin ratio is below 6 then all admin given is deducted from you profit to the casino.
***************************************
Thank you.July 22, 2005 at 1:33 am #669097AnonymousInactiveHi All,
As many of your already know, the commission paid out by us is the best formula out there. It’s not the best only because we offer a FLAT 35% RevShare for everybody (not 25% if you’re within this range, 30% if you’re within that range, then finally 35% if you make seriously fat cash that most affiliates never get to on a monthly basis. That 35% is actually more than another groups offer of 35% because we do not take out admin or royalties.
What does this mean? Let’s use an example: You generate $200,000 in revenue for the casino on an annual basis. 50k of that was admin (or bonus money). Let’s say the royalties cost another 40k.
So:
“The Other Guys Formula”
200,000
– 50,000 admin
– 40,000 royalties
~~~~~~~~~~~
110,000
* 35%
~~~~~~
38,500 commission to the affiliateOR
“CasinoRewards Formula”
200,000
– 0 admin
– 0 royalties
~~~~~~~~~~~
200,000
* 35%
~~~~~~~~~~~
70,000 commission to the affiliateSo, as you can see we’re doing everything we can to reward all affiliates with more cash. In order to do this, we are walking a very fine line. This is where the ADMIN RATIO’s come into place. Consider the example of an affiliate who sends us a lot of bonus abusers. Say in the example above, the admin money was even higher. We pay royalties on that admin money. So if its very high (typically caused from bonus abusers) then we could actually loose money under our standard formula.
Obviously we can’t do that, so when that situation happens: those admin ratio’s fall to a certain level, that triggers the system to take admin out of the formula. When this happens, we’re only doing what the rest of the groups are doing everyday anyway. That is, taking admin out of the formula before calculating affiliate commission. Remember, we only do this if your account has enough bonus abusers to set the admin ratios this far off.
I hope that clears up any confusion on the issue. I got an email from an affiliate not long ago saying that we were using those ratio’s to shave or cheat affiliates out of their commission. Obviously, if this person didn’t understand I would suspect there are many others who misunderstood as well. Any questions?? Let’s get them cleared up!
