Hi 32 Red.
The following site has stolen our 32 Red Review.
http://onlinecasinoresources.co.uk/32Red.html
from
http://www.online-gambling-insider.com/online-gambling/ogi-32-red-casino.html
Please contact the affiliate immediately and tell them to remove it.
We expect it to be down within 24 hours or further action will be taken.

32Red AffiliatesApril 16, 2008 at 8:55 am #765819RecrutwoMemberHi Merlin,
I have just had my email bounceback – it looks like he’s provided the affiliate system with a false email address or has subsequently changed it since joining.
If you attain this persons email address then please forward it to me so I can bring a little more weight to bear.
Kind regards,
Aaron O’Sullivan
32Red AffiliatesApril 16, 2008 at 9:10 am #765822AnonymousInactivePlease close their account. This type of copyright infringement is not acceptable.
thanks
MerlinApril 16, 2008 at 9:54 am #765827RecrutwoMemberHi Merlin,
Although I sympathise, 32Red Affiliates cannot judge on legal/copyright issues and act in such a way.
Regards,
Aaron
April 16, 2008 at 1:58 pm #765846AnonymousInactiveAre you saying that you will continue to allow this affiliate to generate revenue from content he stole from Merlin?
Online Gambling Insider is a well-known site. I highly doubt that they stole content from onlinecasinoresources.co.uk. Clearly it’s the other way around.
April 16, 2008 at 4:31 pm #765863RecrutwoMemberHi Engineer,
Firstly, 32Red Affiliates does not, nor never will condone infringements in copyright – we are taking this matter very seriously. However, we cannot judge such cases as we lack legal authority to pass judgment.
However, I have decided to suspend all payments to the affiliate in question. This should compel this person to contact the affiliate centre, at which point I will stress the legal ramifications of his/her actions.
Regards,
Aaron

and Thanks Engineer for stepping in.
Just so you know it is very easy to see who took it from who.
We use the Wayback Machine which records old versions of pages. Using this, it is easy to see our page was there a long time before there page.
regards
