Hi all,
Today is the day I will stop promoting wagershare brands, this program is worst every day with several issues including:
– Payment delays
– Breaches on T&C
– Support Lies
– VIP players mysteriously close accounts (when reached a treshold). So, why motivate me to write this warning?
The answer is simple and I can resume on a short story:
I become part of this program because I had a affiliate account with betway before. Betway becomes part of wagershare later and I was migrated.
My commission is reduced instantly from a starting 30% to 25%, but I continue to promoting betway and start promoting other brands like spin palace casino, gnuf and all other brands.
Then I noticed when a player generate a lot of revenue, mysteriously he turns locked. (If you google it you can find people claim the same thing).
I Reduce the promotions efforts but still continue to promote some brands.
Since the new site as online never receive a payment, this month I had 120 USD and waiting the payment who never arrive. I contact the support who told me the account didn’t reach the 100€ threshold.
I read 3 times the T&C and is not in any place talking about EUR but only USD. I contact the support again and the support agree that was a mistake and the payment will be with me today.
Today do you think I have any payment from wagershare? No!!!
I contact support again, the answer was: “I can confirm that your payment was processed yesterday and is currently awaiting payment, so should reflect in your account in the next few days.”
So, 1st the money will be with me today, now is on next days?!?!?!!?
I’m a very serious affiliate, and is not for the 120USD… Its the way how wagershare make business. I don’t work with this conditions. Even If I get the payment on monday or so I never promote wagershare again.
The company’s must understand affiliate needs and dont make word games, we affiliates make a service, so we must be paid at time. Not with excuses and delays. 1st I must be paid at 5 days ago, then today and now lets see…
I dont want to imagine if this happen with the affiliates what will happen with the players, reason why I will put a big warning on my network about this brands.
So If you still promote Wagershare brands, think twice, this dont happen only to others.. next could be you!

Wow… SafeSports… What a story. Thank you so much for being so candid and sharing all here in the forums & warning other affiliates as well. If there is anything the CAP Team can do to help, please let me know.
April 20, 2012 at 5:36 pm #823692AnonymousInactiveWagershare is a very serious affiliate program and a big one, but… **** happens. I think they just missed your small payment and need to process it out of schedule.

Great point… Do you think this could be possible & rectify the issue for you SafeSports?
April 20, 2012 at 5:49 pm #823697GoldenMemberThey miss the payment, miss T&C, miss… On the end they miss a affiliate and earn a person who now never promote the brands again, and worst… a person with a big network and with a buch of readers. This worth 120 USD? Dont think so..
The problem never was the amount, was the delays, lack of transparency and lies. Any trust I still had on wagershare gone, and that no money in the word can pay.
The short story I share is the “soft version”… I already told my affiliate manager leave the company and I dont receive any email? Where is the respect for the affiliates?
Think about all new affiliates who will start with small amounts, should that affiliates be “forgot”?
Once again, is not the money, is all about respect.
April 20, 2012 at 5:58 pm #823698GoldenMemberSorry for the double post, but..
Think this: If anyone from us own money to other person or company and then noticed the mistake, what you do? You will pay right away, you don’t wait for the next payment cycle. Right?
Please note I do not expose the situation as soon I notice the delay on payment, 1st I try to contact several times the support, then wait for the date was told.
I even told to the support I was thinking on expose the situation here but didn’t do before because I try to solve the issue talking…
What I cannot admit and tolerate is after the support says I will be paid today, on very next day says I will be paid on next days. That is not business, its a joke…
April 21, 2012 at 8:50 am #823701AnonymousInactiveSorry, no offence, but their payday was on 19-20 and you started this thread on 20, just have some patience – this may help.
April 21, 2012 at 11:21 am #823703GoldenMemberI dont know where you get the 19/20 as payment date
“5.3 Commission Payment – We will process the Commission earned by You in the previous calendar month by the tenth working day of the following month. We shall not be liable to You in any manner whatsoever for late payments due to technical, third party or any other unforeseen events arising.”
Btw, the USD to EUR are already changed on T&C but no one are notified of T&C changes and should be, because this means at least 30% more on minimum payout.
Patience don’t pay bills. I’m not the only one complaint about wagershare:
http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/46526-wagershare-holding-payment.html
http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/46273-wagershare-problem.htmlAnd this just to mention 2 cases in less than a month on this forum.
Once again, when both parts agreed with the terms, all must be followed, is a both way agreement. There is no excuse in this industry for payment delays.
April 21, 2012 at 1:40 pm #823704GoldenMemberSorry again for one more double post..
Just for the records, I’m not a newbie affiliate, I understand sometimes payments could be delayed and some situations happen, its true.. But on this case is one thing after others.
I don’t have also sites like “x-mas tree” or some blogspot subdomain. I look to this industry very serious and work just with quality partners.
As an example I can show one of my sites for a small market (Portugal): Casinos – Casinos online e tradicionais em Português
The wagershare actions (or lack of..) result on this: Casino Cabaret Club – jogos, opinião e análise Casino Spin Palace – jogos, opinião e análise (and all other brands I promote before). As you can see I just put a small warning and change the banners to other brands.
I’m looking for partners with microgaming properties, who pay on time and with a good affiliate manager who can discuss time to time our partnership grow. So if you are a marketing or affiliate manager feel free to send me a message.
April 23, 2012 at 1:59 pm #823758GoldenMemberQuick update
Today morning I receive a email saying the payment is processing, and could take 24/48h to arrive to my account. (well… more than 100h already passed since the system say “paid”, so now is a delay of the delay of the delay of the delay…) and no one have reply to me before because went to weekend. The email also ask me to update this forum post accordingly.
I need to make justice and say this company never refuse to answer to my emails on this issue, this is a true. Sadly this only happen on “after a chain of bad practices/events” already happen and look more as “reputation damage management”. This could be avoid if someone talk with me BEFORE and answering my emails almost one week early.
That sentence “update this forum post accordingly” should not be the company priority, instead, the priority should be the payment.
When/If I will be paid, I will update this again.
April 24, 2012 at 2:26 pm #823806GoldenMemberFinally got the payment!
This case is closed, lesson learned, I will never promote wagershare again.
November 19, 2012 at 6:30 pm #829915jobsoldierMemberHave to agree with TheSafeSports, i am encountering the same issue with them, that’s why i bump this thread.
First i was told that the payment will receive soon, then i was told ‘next week’, then i was told ‘payments are done every 2nd Wednesday of each month’, then ‘payment was sent’, and then ‘moneybookers have delays sometimes’ but i received nothing. Especially last excuse is really funny, also i don’t receive replies anymore from them during the last 5 days.
Probably after this post, some mail will come for my payment news with “update this forum post accordingly” phrase inside.
November 20, 2012 at 6:46 am #829923uniqueiMemberWe’ve been affiliates of Wagershare for many years now and we’ve never experienced any payment issues. That said, many affiliates have complained about the locked account issue. This is a concern since our stats don’t indicate to us as to why the player has self-excluded. In hindsight this is a grey area in itself and could be a possible excuse for “shaving” affiliates.

Back after 3 days. Same situation. Late and funny excuses by mail once again, today is the day, tomorrow is the day, this is continuing for more than a month.
Avoid Wagershare, i am not the only one who is having payment and communication problems with them, too many threads here for this.
November 22, 2012 at 4:25 pm #830016misswiggMemberFor the record, I have never had issues getting paid on time by them either. I am not disputing the seriousness of your issues but I think its fair for other affiliates reading this to get a balanced view
