Hi All,
As advised via PM, the forum and email, I have been working since the first post appeared in order to fully understand the issue regarding stats, I have determined that the tracking of new and existing players in the Betsson, CasinoEuro and CherryCasino system works correctly, as do the affiliate payout reports, but have found that some errors exist relating to the way in which clicks, customer signups and deposits are reported for the Betsson products offered.
Clicks – The products in Betsson currently all report a click for each product, so are multiplied by the amount of Betsson products active. The clicks for CasinoEuro and CherryCasino are correct
Customer Signups – Signups are reported for all products active in Betsson so a signup is multiplied by the number of active Betsson products, this is due to the system currently registering a customer with all active Betsson products. The signups for CasinoEuro and CherryCasino are correct.
New Depositors – Betsson SportsBook and Exchange report double deposits.
Deposits – Betsson Sportsbook and Exchange report the same deposits.
We are working with tech to get the correct product specific data delivered to us, as this is part of the move to a new affiliate tracking platform over the coming months. This will then allow us access to the correct product specific data. I am working towards ensuring that all issues will be removed when we migrate to the new platform, but the existing data structure does not allow us to amend the way in which product data is delivered to us.
Right now the project has been initiated to get the new backend system into test mode. We will also be using a new ad server product so that we can provide campaign id and banner tracking, and as this will be independent of the Betsson platform we can ensure that all data is received, displayed and delivered to the affiliates correctly.

kind of solved. there are now separate stats for betsson site which shows all clicks, deposits, etc. but the clicks are not shown for individual betsson sites like casino, sportsbook, bingo, etc.
imho, these are still one of the worst stats in the industry though

I agree whole heatedly with the comments re the lack of current depth in the existing stats display, this is why we have been working on, in conjunction with Betsson, CasinoEuro, CherryCasino tech teams as well as external partners, the new Affiliate Lounge system.We do however work continuously to ensure that the data is all present and correct, chase any issues, and when there are issues, we fix them, I always ensure that pre the commission payout run all data is checked and present, as well as the formulas and commission % that our affiliates should receive are operating correctly, and in these respects work hard to ensure that we maintain a solid level of trust, even working as we have to currently until a new system simplifies and alerts when possible issues may have occurred relating to data transfers etc.
I know some may say why is it taking so long to implement the new system, well, we want to ensure it is correct before launching with our partners, and as its not just an out of the box solution, but a solution that we feel will be able to grow and adapt as the market requires, and as such it has taken, and continues to require alot of resources and effort.
The new Affiliate Lounge will offer us many new advantages, relating to tracking, campaigns and statistical info, and we will ensure that it becomes a tool for our affiliates to use to enhance their campaigns and ultimately revenues.
More data on the new AL will be released shortly so that we ensure all our existing and new partners will have an easy migration path into the new system, and that the use of the tools offered will instantly assist partners in making decision relating to their campaigns.
