Does anyone else have stats problems with PL?
Mine always show N/A for everything, including clicks, even when there have been some. Is this normal? It’s a bit unsettling.
as far as i remember, it shows n/a until you get a first depositor on your account. depositors also vary on currencies.

Why is Player x in my stats but there is no revenue next to his name? (N/A)
This is most likely because the referred player has not played for real money yet! Once the player makes his first deposit in his account and starts playing for real in the casino or poker room, you will be able to retrieve stats and see your revenue share for this player.If you have any doubts, please get in touch with me.

Just to let you all know more info on our reporting tool. There are a number of reasons why any referred player may not be appearing in your stats, here are the most common:
- The referred player did not actually register with our gaming brand after clicking on your link i.e. they came to your site, clicked the link to the PartnerLogic gaming brand site, got disturbed or decided against signing up, closed the browser – then in a totally different session on their computer, they went directly to the gaming site URL and signed up.
- The potential referred player blocks cookies on their computer making it impossible for PartnerLogic to track them.
- Your link to our gaming site is not correct i.e. you did not create and collect your link through our Creative Generator
Please get in touch with me so we can find out more about your stats. I am pretty sure that the referred players have not deposited and started playing yet, so you can not see activity on your affiliate account.
