InactiveHi Lloyd,
please tell me that your stats were also compromised by Microgaming’s problems.
If not, something is very wrong someplace.

Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks!

InactiveHi
The MGS August tagging issue was all corrected by the 11th, before our August payments went out. What happened was that someone at MGS cut off last digit of all the affiliate tags which caused quite a mess. Anyway, there are backup log files and we found and remapped all August players to each ones correct affiliate tag.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,

This someone at MGS is probably very lucky to remain an unknown entity.

InactiveHi Greek39,
Thanks a lot for the update. It’s very important to us that our stats work 100%.
In order for us to checkout what the problem is we need – (1) the URLs/mailers were the traffic is coming from and (2) a brief explanation of what isn’t registering.
Thanks again!
Best regards,

InactiveI use several programs to track players movements. In fact the program is so accurate I can tell when the last deposit was made. It still is not showing up in my stats. But I can even email you with echeque statements. But this is not the place to go into depth what programs I run. greek39

InactiveNobody else is concerned about what sounds like use of spyware by an affiliate? I can’t imagine any legitimate way to get the information greek39 describes. Now, I’m all for auditing stats by affiliate programs, but this doesn’t sound like a process that works with the knowledge and approval of the site visitor. Am I overlooking something?

InactiveI stand corrected, I am not a spyware affiliate. There are lots of totally moral, ethical ways to be sure your affiliate is being honest. It is a two way street. I have found a few affilates which I promote being dishonest but I dealt with it in a private manner, they apologized and paid what was owed. I not here to bash cap certified affiliates. What else can I say, better to be save than sorry? This is just not the correct forum to start discussing such issues. Have a good one! greek39
P.S Please do not think any different of me I am being honest here.
