Is anyone else seeing a stats problem? Don’t want to be too specific, but there is definitely something wrong.

There was something odd last month. I had 409 downloads. 3 times as many as August but 1/2 the new players. Could just have been the tourney though.
However this month no guests/new players as well but downloads.

October 6, 2008 at 3:24 pm #781266AnonymousInactiveWe have setup an incoming tracer for All Slots (as a first step) – that will examine incoming traffic and if there is no identifiable banner tag it will log the date, referral URL and target URL. This will pick up any error in tagging and help us to attach these players to affiliates, daily.
The redirector for all our casino sites and sub domains has been fixed. We found problems between the different language sites and fixed them.
We have also added a download preparation script tracer – mg is working in asp – and we have converter to PHP. This script has been updated to log the date, and download page URL – from here he can find any further problems and fix them. Reviewing this daily and fixing all the wholes.
We want to fix all and any wholes as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you see any improvements or problems.

I’m glad you’re on it but it’s been going on for over a week now. Is only All Slots affected or are all the other brands affected as well? :Cry:

This assumption is based on the following:
If i check the demographics report i see new players under “#New Players”
Of course the “new players” could be old signup that now is a player?
Hope this is fixed soon

1. Sites tracking upgrades on All Slots will be fully completed in the next few hours. All Jackpots is being upgraded next.
2. New players and new guests – this turned out to be a synchronizing failure between us and MG which started around the end of last month. MG are fixing this right now and reports will updated shortly.
I’ll let you all know when this is fixed.
