I have problems with statistics not being updated for very long time
I send at least 3 emails to the support in last month and receive no reply till today.Very unprofessional behavior
Have received information about 25-30 players registered at partybets and gamebbokers
but statistic shows 0I know this is not true.

today they daclare this:GA just declare that they are stoping campaign with Partygaming and Affclub
Carnival Casino, Club Dice, Casino King, Casino Swiss, Gamebookers, Partybets, Magicbox Casino, Partycasino and Partypoker and Casino Las Vegas.
Thats too bad because I send so many players to gamebookers and partybets but never got any commision paid for that. Probably I send 20-30 real money players.
GA please reply why dont u answer on all my emails, why campaign for gamebookers and partybets is still not updated and what it will happen when you stop this compaign totally?

FYI: Affclub & Partypartners have not fully discontinued working with GA,
We are only closing CPA campaigns and will offer new Rev.share deals with GA beginning of Feb on all Affclub & PartyPartners brands.For Gamebookers and PartyBets that are allready offered on Rev.share we are going to launch new rev.share structure and promotions.
Regarding your stats, Asher (Affclub & Partygaming) will as soon as he returns from CAP Euro London on Feb 2nd send all your stats for PartyBets and Gamebookers to Antoine. We are currently working on a system to provide GA affiliates with online stats…will be available in connection with the new promotions/campaigns.

I have this issue with GB and PB delayed updates for months now. Many players registered making deposit.
Either your stats are not yet updated or this campaign is not profitable at all.IS it true that stats are not showing at all if we have negative balance for this campaign ?

I have number of clicks (300+) in January and not even one sale reported in your reports.
Just can’t believe that it is true !Is it possible that GA network is in some kind of crisis or something ?

Hello Jalle,
All stat will be updated in your account as we need to get all the reports from our partners first.
REgarding GA, don’t worry, everything is fine, all our team is back from CAP London where we meet a lot of our affiliates and our partners. And we are not affected by the financial crisis, the company is still doing great !!

Same thing with Betclic campaign, I have lots of CPA´s not tracked for sure.
But hopefully Ali and Antoine are on it :hattip:
G.A. as always been great for me, good support, great guys there (cheers Ali! :tongue:), I recomend it.

And the Betclick CPAs (German market) haven’t been validated once since the beginning of 2009!Of course they are allways telling me they had to wait for the clients, who are having problems with their data but by now I hardly can believe that.
I don’t know if I should send further traffic through GA… What shall I do?

For Betclic, we are waiting for the payment of january and february activity. I’ve got the confirmation from the European Manager that all the activity sending from our affiliates will be accepted so once the payment received, we will validate and pay all affiliates for this campaign.
REgarding Betfair, we are waiting for their Netrefer system, they have to do some change. At the moment, in Nerefer, the stat doesn’t show the qualified CPA. But all is recorded and once Nerefer will be ready, we will provide you all the stat from the beginning of the campaign.
We apologize for these delays but just keep in mind that at the end you will be paid for all your trafic and all the players you are sending to the brands we are working with.

We understand if it takes 1-2 months but by now we can’t be that patient anymore. As you can imagine, we also have had costs that are still not covered. And we have absolutely no sureness when this situation will change.

I have 0 shown, I should have so much more. I started some other campaigns at GA now, see if these track right, and of course I think GA will recover the ones I made that havent shown already.
As for GA people I got nothing but good things to say about them. Antoine has been helping us with our issues and Ali has always been there for us too.

1-We all want you to know that we are investigating every possibility regarding your claims of Betclick campaigns.
2-I am aware that techical issues regarding Betfair campaign took longer that we expected and apologies for that. However, once it’s done ( they are on the verge of finalising it), the results will be updated from zero meaning all the activity will appear from the beginning so that no affiliates will lose any cent. All the activity is recorded.
3-Warrior – If you can provide me the details, I am ready to check stats and give you an answer in a minute regarding any queries on Bet-at-home campaign.
