Guys, when I run a report, there is a column named “Unknown”
What is it?

From what I can see it is simply a ‘field filler’ it is pulling in the relevant field data such as Opens, Actives etc. but inserts Unknown as a place holder for the brand name.
I have passed this on to the techies to see what they can do to get the brand name in all the time – even the latest data that may still be updating.
Have a a great 2007.

It would have been fine if it was a positive amount, instead of minius $…

Dont you think that messed up stats would require a little more attention than just “we’ll see what we can do”?

In order to show you as much info a quickly as possible the information for the current day does not have the relevant brand name applied – it simply pulls through the numbers.
The only way to remedy this would be to not show the current day figures.
When the decision came down to leaving it in with a (now) blank field name or not showing the figures till the next day when the brand could be inserted we opted to keep the figures visible.
This does mean you don’t have the brand name but you do have your active figures and revenue figures which I would think is important to be able to see as soon as possible.
