hey guys,
sorry to be annoying. but i just want to check that my download exe file is being tracked correctly. You said to redownload it by right clicking and save as then i named it to my liking and i am getting alot of clicks but its not showing any downloads occur? can you help?

Hi jmelwak,

I think the main reason why you have so many more clicks than downloads is that you also display banners on the same page as your download link, so some traffic clicks the banners, while other traffic goes directly to the download (which does not count for a click).

If you want to have both a private label casino and promote other casino brands as well, I suggest keeping only the download button on your casino’s download page, but also include a link to ‘More Reputable Casinos’ or ‘Visit These Online Casinos’ that leads to another page that uses banner advertising.

Ah! I see you have changed the layout to include banners only on the bottom of only some of your internal pages… I like this much better and i think you will notice a reduction in your click volume which will keep the customer on your site longer and likely result in more players downloading right from your casino site. Good job on the custom work ; )

Now hopefully we will get you the new exe shortly! (other post)
