Checking stats kicks out:
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus() at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at gamblingwages.UserSiteControl.readPage(String sUrl, String sParams, String sMethod)
June 8, 2008 at 8:06 pm #769663AnonymousInactiveNot that anyone answered this but it’s doing it again:
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus() at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at gamblingwages.UserSiteControl.readPage(String sUrl, String sParams, String sMethod)

June 11, 2008 at 4:02 pm #769857AnonymousInactiveAll of my affiliate id’s change back to my original ones.
For example, when I go into their current marketing tools, all of my links include 2167 as my affiliate id for all of their casinos.
However, when clicked, they change to my original affiliate id’s from a while back before they switched how they link/track.
I don’t think anyone needs to worry about the change of the affiliate id in this case. I actually believe this change happened when Natalie was still around and she explained it way back then.
The stats error is another problem…
June 14, 2008 at 7:03 pm #770155AnonymousInactiveStill getting the error and it would appear that Gambling Wages may have abandoned us already.
June 15, 2008 at 10:23 pm #770208AnonymousInactiveI sent Vanessa a pm about this issue/topic and received this reply on the 12th:
“Thank you so much… apparently this is an RTG error and is being looked into at this very moment. I apologize for the error and we expect to have it fixed by them today.
Vanessa”
Obviously it wasn’t fixed that day, but at least there was some communication about this issue.
June 20, 2008 at 9:02 pm #770711beachman1975MemberHi, sorry for the delay in responding, we’ve been responding to this issue with other affiliates in the private message section and overlooked the public forums. Accept our sincere apologies please.
YES, after looking into this issue deeply it turns out there WAS a technical coding problem in the back end of the casino that did not post the stats for the first half of the month. The problem was corrected and data (which was not lost, it was just not posted) was re-entered into each affiliates stats. The only column that has not been re-entered is ‘number of clickthroughs’, but if you look at number of downloaders, etc, all the stats have been updated. We are pushing the casino very hard to re-enter the click stats as well, and hope they can do this quickly.
But it does not affect your other stats in any way.
If you test this by clicking, you won’t see the clicks updating just now. But if you or any player you refer downloads, or signs up etc, it WILL update the stats correctly.
I wish I had a better answer, and we apologize for the inconvenience, but we assure you all the stats you are seeing are correct (other than clickthroughs).
I know some people prefer to post questions in public forums, which of course is fine, but we are not monitoring these constantly, so I ask anyone with any problem to ALSO please just take a moment to send me an email which we will respond to immediately. My email is [email protected]

June 28, 2008 at 9:53 am #771392AnonymousInactiveI officiallly give up with this. Gambling Wages have not fixed the error and don’t seem particularly bothered about discussing it.
