Hi Nick, all,

I just popped along as I noticed my stats jump enormously on Stats Remote today so went in to check they were right, and well at the moment I’m not really sure as the ‘Net Win’ is less than the earnings overall so I’m very confused.

Perhaps they’re still working on fixing whatever the issue is / was (or hopefully it’s correct lol).

Would be nice to have an explanation of some sort as if they’re really doing this well I should be putting more banners up

Might be just worth checking the stats you are seeing ‘add up’

Yup, exactly the same problem here with the reporting.

I just don’t get their reporting at all. Plus, still no payments :angry: – Overall, it’s resulted in me drastically reducing my exposure to their casinos.

It’s a shame for Casino Coins, as they are really losing out if people move away. My other programs are really taking off and I’d like to spread the load by promoting the Casino Coins brands.

I’ve got no problems with the casinos. In fact, I like them. But, the affiliate system, reporting and payment really sucks.

Does Nick ever reply on these threads?

Hey Geno et. all,

We were in the process of doing a release to fix a few bugs with the reporting system and it looks like something else got broken in the process. Anyone who is on a standard rev share is calculating incorrectly at the moment. If you look at your net win, this is correct and you should be calculating your earnings on your % based on the tier you are at. For some reason the commission is calculating at an insane amount. This will be fixed shortly and I apologize for the hick ups and issues we have had with the new system. We hope to have all issues sorted and running back to normal very soon.

I was quite shocked as well but when I looked closer I could see that it didn’t seem right.
but now I’m wondering about the promotional bonus $$$.

What percentage is actually deducted from our end?

still can’t figure this out – was doing fine until a week ago and went negative again like a couple months ago just before payday and couldn’t find the day a player won as the stats then showed the same figure for the whole month. –

my figures now are
0 1,419.00 5.45 0.00 520.31 -542.86 -271.44

+$5.45 for the gross win but then the net is -$271.44 because of the promotion charged for bonuses – I don’t remember from years back you charged us that – do you charge yourself a portion of the bonus also? seems the players are now always winning and see myself being in the negative every month at this rate – I don’t know of any other program that I am with now that charges this bonus back to the affiliate where you can see it in black and white at least, something very new

Hey all,

We do not and have never charged affiliates for the bonuses we give to players. The new reporting system shows the amount of bonus chips/promotions to increase the level of transparency of what we are doing with your traffic and our own retention efforts to keep your players playing and depositing longer.

If you scroll over top of each of the headings in the rev report it will show you how each column is calculated. Gross win is Bets – Payouts. Bets will include all wagers made with both real purchased money and the promotion chips. From Gross win we subtract any bad debt/chargebacks and the promotion chips given out to get your net win.

We obviously do not pay out a % based on losses of bonus chips as that is not real money. I hope this makes things a little bit more clear, but if anyone still has any questions let me know and I will try to explain further.

Well, for the first time since the new software appeared, all of my stats are now correct – I’ve been through the whole lot checking them all

Lets hope this means they have finally sorted it out once and for all and we can get on with promoting the casinos
