What’s up with the stats, they haven’t updated all week.
Any info on this?
Hi all;
There was an issue, it has since been resolved and the data is busy coming through.
Should all be up to date and live again by tomorrow (Saturday 23rd)

As far as IT are concerned the stats should be updating, we are looking at it from our end closley right now though.
Please email your account number to [email protected] as we need to look into your account individually.
P.S. If someone else has a problem with their stats not updating please email me as well

Hi all;
We’ve run through all stats with a fine-toothed comb and have found all the stats to be 100% fine.
Again; if you have specific concerns about your stats (or anything else), please send an email to [email protected], and you are also more than welcome to email me directly.
