    From today’s CAP Newswire:

Interactive blackjack game gives players expert coaching while they play

    August 20, 2008 (InfoPowa News) —
Newbies and experienced players alike will be intrigued by a new online gambling product released this week. After much pre-launch publicity, Cantor Gaming delivered its interactive blackjack product, branded Statjack. The game provides players with real-time guidance on the best choices to make, counts cards, and provides new ways to bet.

“We have lots of serious players at our casino who find the thrill of blackjack an unmatched experience,” says Cantor Gaming CEO Manu Gambhir. “We wanted to create a way for all blackjack players to enjoy this same level of thrill and that’s how Statjack was born. During the design process we added new bets allowing players to bet on the Dealer’s hand — these bets have become very popular with high rollers and new players alike.”

When playing the game, the guidance feature highlights the recommended choice based on standard “basic strategy”, giving players ongoing coaching and guiding them through the game. Winning or losing probabilities on the hand are also highlighted as the game progresses. Another interesting feature displays the percentage of other players at Cantor Casino that have chosen the same option when given the same cards.

The product also boasts a ‘Card Tally’ function showing how many cards of each value remain in the shoe, and players can take side bets on the dealer’s hand.

Cantor claims that Statjack presents all the information a player needs in an easily followed way, using the latest interactive graphics to provide a complete overall appreciation of the game and what to do whilst playing it. The software includes more standard features, too — card history, hand history and dealer statistics.
