I hear you totally bonusstreak. I was promised payment today – apparently staff are working late on it but so far no payment. The last 3 months have been like this, which I know is not usual, but it is getting really old.

Payments are important for us to arrive on time and there is no real justification that the new auditing software is not working. I think they can easily test that to ensure it is fine prior to now.

I’m trying to be patient but am seriously considering pulling banners unless they get it together and fast. It is just not acceptable at all.

Well I have no complaints on the payments those are always paid. I know it is Passover as well right now so give them time to get back after the holiday on the payment issue but the .com sorry someone there really dropped the ball….

Seriously though, progress report please. This obviously isn’t just a matter of forgetting to renew… I’ve owned many hundreds of domains with a lot of different registries, and I’ve never had one out of operation so long…

I refuse to change my bookmark to .eu unless you give a better explanation why your .com is still disfunctional
