I cant login to starluck still and no payment .
January 25, 2006 at 5:57 am #681815AnonymousInactiveOk, has anyone heard anything about this yet? Did I miss something?
January 25, 2006 at 7:49 am #681823AnonymousInactiveWell I could log in fine until yesterday but all of my players have magically dissapeared including a whale that at one point point lost 160k in a month. Not only that but the no download function does not work and I received complaints from players because I promote it on my no download pages.
Because of this I have completely removed this casino from my network.
January 25, 2006 at 3:22 pm #681848AnonymousInactiveWow, that sucks. That all your players disappeared, I mean.
I thought someone from Party was going to post here to address all of these issues? If/when that happens, I think we would all prefer not to see the usual “Please email us your details and we’ll look into it” type of response.
Dominique, were you able to establish contact with anyone there?
January 25, 2006 at 3:33 pm #681851AnonymousInactiveI do have contact, and I am told posting will start anytime now.
I think someone is coming to monitor and mop up problems first, so if you have a specific problem like Antoine, you should be contacted soon.
Their aff program is undergoing a lot of changes and is slowly soft launching and I guess there are issues, but supposedly a lot of older issues will be automatically solved with the new program.
It’s confusing to me too, but something should happen soon.
January 25, 2006 at 4:14 pm #681854AnonymousInactiveI just received excellent help from Hemant. He seems to be very efficient and attentive. Give him an Email and he will likely help – he did for me.
January 27, 2006 at 9:05 pm #682055AnonymousInactiveI just need to see my starluck stats Still cant and I have no idea what I am earning for the month. I wont take them down because they are my first and at this point I have no reason to but if this keeps up then what to do???
January 29, 2006 at 7:50 pm #682134AnonymousInactiveI had the same problem with my existing clients disappearing. They told me that no one else was having this problem….
For the duration of the original affiliate login downtime I had no activity at all, even though I always have players – every day. I have a huge amount of existing players that I have accumulated over the past 4 years, they are regular and continuous.
They are all gone.
No resolution, no help from Starluck – just assurances that the trackers really are working fine. The only excuse I was offered is that the no download option is no longer available so maybe all my players used that.
Sure….
This month I do seem to have a little activity starting again, very little. In comparison to what it was I’ve gone from thousands a month to a couple of hundred.
I’ve decided to stop promoting Starluck.

January 29, 2006 at 7:54 pm #682136AnonymousInactiveI’ve went to thousands a month to 1 transaction of -$5 for the whole month. This is my weekly net payable for as far as it’ll let me go back. 6 months ago I was actually earning WAY more.
Date Net Payable
01-NOV-05 5387.50
08-NOV-05 125.00
15-NOV-05 775.00
22-NOV-05 650.00
29-NOV-05 600.00

22-DEC-05 30.54
29-DEC-05 0.00
01-JAN-06 – 5.00
08-JAN-06 0.00
15-JAN-06 0.00
22-JAN-06 0.00January 29, 2006 at 8:02 pm #682138AnonymousInactiveYep, looks real familiar.
I put my stats just for 6 weeks prior to the original affiliate downtime on my other post here: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/anyone-else-s-stats-off-for-starluck.9328.html?
To look at these stats and say nothing is wrong is beyond incomprehensible. To say I feel cheated is the least of it. I won’t even say here how I really feel about this loss of hard earned comissions that still won’t even be acknowledged for the error on their end which it so blatantly is.
This affiliate program has gone from one of my all time best to one of my worst nightmares. Not only will I not promote them ever again, I feel that I should let others know the truth of what has happened to me as well.
January 29, 2006 at 8:10 pm #682139AnonymousInactiveHi Kat,
Try not to despair, I know it’s a hard hit to take but I’ve been in similar situations before. The same thing basically happened to me at casinocoins when they switched software. There’s also several instances I cant think of right now.
But you are correct, this huge drop in income is not justifiable. Starluck has been very quiet concerning this. I cannot think of a logical reason why this would happen. I can see losing a lot of players because they took away the no download version of the games (why they would throw away all these players is beyond me and has to be one of the stupidest decisions they could have made) but how all old players dissapeared overnight is very suspicious to say the least.
I would like to invite other webmasters to post thier stats to see if the date that the players dissapear matches.
January 30, 2006 at 9:40 pm #682221AnonymousInactiveI would love to post my damn stats. Where are you guys getting your starluck stats at?
January 30, 2006 at 10:03 pm #682228AnonymousInactiveTry logging in from here, it doesn’t always work:
https://nogs.onlinecasinoservice.com/slcasino/english/wm_login.htmlJanuary 31, 2006 at 7:07 am #682271AnonymousInactiveMy stats seem a bit off…..
Its like the $1000’s became 100’s hahahaha.
The thing is I cant really say because its not till about a few months ago did I start making good money with them again. -
