So I’ve been receiving spam promoting stargames.com – I reported the spam to the casino and this is their reply:
“We have looked into your complaint regarding the sent emails. The mentioned emails are not being issued by StarGames itself but through one of our affiliates’ marketing intiatives. If you click on the link within the email you will notice in the URL the parameter ‘pid=XXXX’
Our affiliates are responsible and liable for their own marketing tactics. This email was sent from: mail @ cherry.to
Though we would like to help you to resolve this matter, unfortunately we are not in a postion to do so.
Our suggestion would be for you to kindly liaise with the said email address asking to have you removed of their database.”“idiot” doesn’t quite cover it.
I notice StarGames is a banned member here at CAP.

which redirects to

June 11, 2013 at 11:39 am #833483almakorteMemberI am working with StarGames.com and have no issues at all with them.
It turns out that these spam emails are getting sent by some affiliate that is just bombarding scraped emails on the net.
June 11, 2013 at 12:13 pm #833484AnonymousInactiveYou should have an issue with a program that permits spam, and puts it in writing.
The good news, StarGames have since been in touch and appear to be taking this issue more seriously.
June 11, 2013 at 1:26 pm #833488AnonymousInactiveYes, Star games should disable the affiliate(s) in question. Not say it not our fault. I may add them just so I can rogue them
July 26, 2014 at 5:55 am #836239smcdowellMemberI hate Stargames and their affiliate program and all related to them.

August 24, 2015 at 11:49 am #837489UducabeiMemberThey spammed us on Facebook and email. We never had any intention of promoting their brands so it was a simple “thanks but no thanks” from us.
