Not sure if anything has been done about this however I haven’t received a beawinner email for a couple of days. If you have taken steps to stop them, thank you.
Unfortunately it looks like they have started under a different name or this is a new spammer. Multiple emails for Ruby Fortune with links to bigbigbigbigbonus.com.
Can you please look into this one and stop them.
