Cobus showed this to me when you sent it to him.
The offer is a valid one for New Sign-ups and for older affiliates who are looking to advertise Referbacks casinos again after at least a 4 month absence *email me to discuss this option*.
In short it looks like someone is trying to acquire sub affiliates using one of our acquistion mailers.
I will ask for your email address to be removed.
Shane
July 31, 2008 at 7:29 pm #774165ian_goMemberCan you ask them to remove me also? I am forwarding the email I received.
July 31, 2008 at 11:27 pm #774192AnonymousInactiveI know I’m not eligible for this offer as an old time affiliate.
I just found it strange that an affiliate can send emails like they are coming from Referback. In my opinon this seems very spammy, but I guess it is ok then?
August 1, 2008 at 2:40 am #774213AnonymousInactiveI received the same spam. I did email Cobus and asked him to please have that affiliate PERMANENTLY lose my email address. LOL
I’m confident Cobus will take care of it. I do not appreciate other Referback affiliates spamming me though. And I hope that Referback does realize this is spam, and gives the responsible party a good warning about future spamming.

We totally don’t approve of Spam but as an affiliate you can acquire both players to our casino brands (where you earn commission) as well as acquire affiliates for Referback (where you earn a percentage of the income they generate).
August 1, 2008 at 1:56 pm #774284AnonymousInactiveHi Shane,
I don’t even see that mailer for Referback in the affiliate area. The mailer sent to us. Am I looking in the wrong place or is it even there?
By the way, mine had a from address of [email protected]
August 4, 2008 at 6:44 am #774479AnonymousInactiveYou’re right D, its not in the Referback area yet but it is an acquistion mailer that Referback has used in paid media outbound campaigns *but without the graphics we had in it*.
I will see about uploading it to Referback later today for you to use.
Shane
