I have statcounter and I can see this guy has been at my site for almost 2 hours copying everything I have…. He has his own banners up but my affiliate links are still in tack for now…
    My site: http://www.pokersaffiliate.com
    His site: http://jxnguyen7.tripod.com/

    What do I do?

Maybe contacting tripod can put his site down. Altough is very likely he will appear on other free host.

Another good idea is to contact the affiliate managers of the rooms he/you advertise. They should not tolerate this.
