There seems to be a problem with the download. It starts to run and then displays an ‘error downloading files’ message. If you click the ‘retry now’ button, you get a message saying ‘server package unavailable’ .
This, I would suggest, is a bad thing. Please take a look.
Hi tryme1, I didnt catch this post until replying to another one today. To my knowledge, we didnt receive any other comments like this, so I hope it was isolated or only a short period of time. I will speak to our staff to see if this was presented to any one else. Thanks for the info…
Well, I don’t think I got any downloads that day, but it’s all a little hard to tell now. It probably was just a brief problem.
