Then I don’t wish all drugs were legalized. :tounge2:
January 22, 2007 at 9:04 pm #723933AnonymousInactiveIt’s clear that facilitating these transactions is now a crime (and always was apparently)… just makes me think of how US based peer to peer sites have been dealt with – they went after individual mp3 downloaders as well as site operators.

And we cant even really speak freely without being recorded or possibly having what we say used against us in a court of law. The concept of free speech is an antique unfortunately.
If you THINK you can say whatever you wish without reprecusion in this country just remeber the Dixie Chicks. If you even say something the Government doesnt appreciate you are quickly labeled “Anti American” or “Un Patriotic” or accused of Not supporting our troops.
January 22, 2007 at 9:15 pm #723937AnonymousInactiveIntegrity – a more accurate analogy would be actually being drug runners and discussing how best to launder the money.
…not morally accurate of course, or realistically, but legally in light of this ridiculous prohibition.
January 22, 2007 at 9:16 pm #723938AnonymousInactiveI prefer to NOT think of the Dixie Chicks… unless it’s a late nite dream with the little blonde & me on a deserted island for about a week… ahhh…. but I digress….
Wasn’t the fallout from that all from press related? Didn’t people get angry with them, and not the government? Correct me if I’m wrong, but all I remember about that was it being a big publicity nightmare and not much else?
Who woulda thunk they’d be trendsetters…. LOL!

January 23, 2007 at 2:19 am #723966AnonymousInactiveI personally would not recommend to them what methods they can use to deposit money.
1. You are directly proving that you are targetting a US audience.
2. You are aiding them is what could be construed as money laundering.
3. Free speech is a misnomer and doesn’t exist. What you say can and will be used against you.
4. For the record. I do not want anyone from the former land of the free to visit my website. It is prohibited for an american to visit any website owned by myself or companies I am affiliated with.

There could be a deeper side of things than a mere Constitutional debate. I was wondering if this could also be a Human Right’s violation which takes precedent. I don’t really feel like getting into this issue, but there is a thing called “Natural Rights”.
