Hey all, I built my second poker related site at http://www.guyspokernightout.com and I’d like to get some feedback on it. I just published it yesterday. From what I learned with my first site (see sig), it seemed like it would be better to focus on just a few poker rooms, rather than so many, like I did on the first one. I’ve also tried to put a lot more of my own personality into this site, and make it a bit more targeted to my visitors, with more of a call to action. I’m adding content every day (since this time I built it myself and don’t have to wait for a web designer), and I am looking for feedback on the site, or general ideas for improvement. I realize I need a logo and a bit more colour. Also I need to figure out how to make my forums match the rest of the site. Anyway, a lot of the stuff I’ve learned here I’ve tried to implement into this site, so thanks! Any comments would be welcome.

All other pages have similar text over text issues.
Otherwise, a little more content and you are on your way!
January 12, 2006 at 3:30 pm #680561AnonymousInactiveI just checked it in Opera and it looks fine there too. All the computers I have checked it from so far it has looked fine in. Sadly, I don’t know what floating divs are, I built the site using a basic drag & drop program. Anyone else who views this site seeing the same problem? Gah!

Looks good though
