Long time ago, in a galaxy far away… when optimization was very simple and Google was young and innocent, optimizer’s rhythm of life was set by Google Dance. Once a month or so we all witnessed the sacrament of index recalculation: the change of results display and Google toolbar values.

After that, rough discussions at forums calmed down in 2-3 weeks, and all faded, pending new recalculation… Meanwhile Google has been growing more and more, Google Dance have started to pass more often – we began to observe SERP changes daily.

It has seriously complicated work of SEO engineers – it became practically impossible to remember in what day and by what inquiries the site appeared or disappeared. Thus, the opportunity to watch changes of delivery in time begins additional, very powerful tool in hands of optimizers.

That’s why there was a necessity of creation of on-line resource which could return us back and show, how search results by those or other inquiries looked. So we developed new, unique service SerpArchive.org – so you can analyze the last changes in delivery of search machines to reach success in the future.

We are waiting for your comments and wishes.

    Looks interesting. A few questions:

    1. What will it cost?
    2. Do you plan to support multiple datacenters and multiple search engine URLs? For example, google.co.uk returns very different results to google.com. Those of us targetting multiple countries will want to track multiple country-specific search engines.
    3. Will there be any kind of API, allowing me to retrieve the data directly into my own programs? Or will it only be accessible through your web application?

    Thanks

    Nothing. Serparchive is free service.

It’s not easy to do. Because the Serparchive database will increase rapidly in this way. Moreover program’s interface will be very complicated. So right now I think it’s hard to do. May be in future.

Right now it’s accessible only through web application. I think API is possible, but not in the nearest future. Because we do our best to add some other useful staff to this service.
But any way thank you for suggestions, we’ll think about this.

Why do you have to give your email? I always shy away from places where my email has to be given before I can even see what it’s all about and test it.
