Some of you may have noticed a negative last month on your account. After further investigation, these are chargebacks to your account. For those accounts, the total chargeback amount was incorrectly charged. These accounts will be adjusted to have just the amount of rake you earned from this chargeback deducted. Moving forward, as an affiliate only the amount of the chargeback’s rake will be deducted from your affiliate revenue. A permanent and automatic solution is currently being implemented by the network. Thank you to those who emailed bringing this to my attention that prompted this research as well as change to how these chargebacks will be calculated in the future – we appreciate your patience.

Please make sure your affiliate account is updated with your player account information. If you have player account selected, please make sure you have noted your screenname.
Player Account – minimum payment amount $5 – paid on or around the 5th of the month. <- the fastest method!
Check – minimum payment amount $50 paid on or around the 10th of the month.
