September earnings from Aus Vegas?

    Has Aus Vegas paid for earnings from September?

    I thought they paid on the 15th.

    I sent a couple of emails that have gone unanswered.

    What is expected for September earnings that were due already? Or did I miss it? LOL

    I am also awaiting payment from AusVegas as well as Lasseters. I also sent an email 2 days ago and have yet to receive a reply.

    I sent one on the 14th and one on the 16th, and now it’s the 21st and I have not had any replies.

    Hi Guys,

    I just want to assure you that the Lasseters and Ausvegas affiliate payments are being processed.

    Unfortunately, Lasseters and Ausvegas were forced to dramatically reduce staff numbers in response to the loss of our US business. This has created an abundance of work for the few staff members who remain.

    I sincerely apologise for the delay in your payments.
    I understand that this is your income and we’ll endeavour to have all payments completed in the next couple of days.

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you, my payment did come through today.

    I just want to express that a late payment doesn’t worry me or inconvenience me nearly so much as it does to have emails sent to Income Access not be addressed/ replied to at all for a week. (Two emails)

    Did Income Access also drastically reduce their staff preventing emails from being answered?

    Communication is important to me. It seems that whenever there are problems with any of the programs you have.. Income Access is always extremely slow to communicate anything then, and even if you don’t have all the answers yet, a short reply saying you were looking into the matter would have been much appreciated.

    I have been paid now though, thank you very much. :)

    Many thanks for your posts and enquiry. We certainly have not reduced staff. :)

    May I ask which of our email addresses you sent your emails to? Will look into why you didn’t receive a response. Emails received over the weekend may experience some delays in receiving a reply as our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday, however all other times should be as per usual.

    Once again, please do send me the email address you sent your original emails to or perhaps forward your emails to me at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to look into it.

    This is the email address I used which is the one I thought we were supposed to use for Aus Vegas. If not, what is the correct address?

    Because even now, the original two emails I’ve sent have not received any kind of acknowledgement at all.

    I was writing about payment and since I’ve now been paid, I don’t need any further help. But I would like to have the correct address so I can get a reply next time I need to write.
