I just don’t get it. Each month there has been an excuse for why the payments are being sent later and later. They always promised them by the 16th at latest and I have emails from Marvyn stating that. They use to get them to us between the 7th and 10th until this NEW system, that was suppose to be so wonderful and help make things run more smoothly, came online. Now the date of the 20th of each month has been slipped into their terms?
When their new system came online, I had over $3000 in earnings. Suddenly it disappeared. I always take screen shots of my earnings pages everywere. Being in this business for over 5 years now, I have learned the hard way, to document everything. So I sent an email when suddenly my stats were at $200 something rather than the $3000+. I was told that I did not have those earnings and so I fired the screen shot at them. Then I received this double talk explanation that made NO sense and basically was telling me that their system placed earnings in my account that were from an erroneous banner tag???? I never did receive a proper explanation NOR the earnings, despite my screen shot and statement documentation.
This happened one other time as well and I had their OWN statement showing my earnings, thank goodness. If not for being able to forward that to them, I would have been out another $300 and some bucks.
Now I watch FA stats like a hawk each month and take detailed screen shots twice weekly to verify what is in my account. On the final day of August, I had $183 and some change and I had deposits over $130 to one of my FA casinos and received the deposit confirmations from the player. That should have taken me over the $200 payment threshold. I later found out that the stats were shut down 2 hours earlier than usual, before the end of their business day and those deposits did not show up and now my Aug. earnings reflect $143. So where did the remainder go to?
Other Microgaming affiliate programs all seem to have paid timely this month. If this was an MG issue, how did the other affiliate programs have the ability to pay on time and why then, when questioned, did MG seem to have no clue as to what we were talking about regarding the FA issue?
Their banners have come down from my forum and I am just getting around to removing them from my directory today as well. When our players deposit, there is no delay … they receive their money. It is absolute hogwash that we are spoon fed BS excuses time and time again from FA and I, for one, am quite tired of it. Pay as you should or don’t expect PLAY on your accounts!
Regards to all,

As you are all aware we have been through a very challenging time with stats which caused the delay in payments but after many hours of hard work these issues have finally been corrected and all August payments were processed yesterday.NO they were not all processed yesterday. NO the stats issue is not fixed.
September 24, 2005 at 3:18 pm #673310AnonymousInactiveAll the problems are related to the CPA earnings for me, nothing it’s fixed and september it’s over, i have actually lost all my august earnings, thank you very much FA.
The fact that FA no longer reply to my peacefully emails it’s the sign that they don’t have any respect to my work (i’m sorry to say that but it’s a great surprise for me, i was one of the biggest lover of this group since i’ve started to promote online casinos, the delusion for me it’s very big).
Anyway FA you are still free to pay my real earnings (account: FA8426), or just reply to my email to tell me all the details related to this big subctraction (I think that this is one of our right), obviously I will no longer promote you anyway, but this is logical for me, for my direct contributors and for all the people that will ask me wich casino group is the best to be promoted, in this way you have lost about 200 websites and this is bad for everyone, me, my friend, the group and the online gambling world.
September 24, 2005 at 7:29 pm #673323AnonymousInactiveI have contacted the casinos and asked that casino accounts beclosed.
If they handle their affiliates this way then they cant treat the players much better.
Between my accts hubbys accts and friends and family they lost about 25 casino accounts because of this.I mean be truthful is all we ask. Stand up and say “we screwed up, we are sorry” and make it right.
Dont lie about it and ignore us, because I have news for you, If it wasnt for us, you wouldnt have a job to screw up!
and by the way the direct dial numbers they have listed on their website go to casino support not FA support.

I have not only had my payments stopped (a few thousand dollars) under cpa, but I have even had several 2nd tier players taken away from me. They have told me that they will not pay me the 2nd tier payment. That means that these players have been steadily playing for half of a year and now they are unworthy players… the bad part is that they do not even give them to me under rev. share… NOTHING> This is the worst bunch of affiliate managers ever. I will never promote these thieves again.
September 25, 2005 at 10:51 pm #673361AnonymousInactivethanks hdaddy for sharing your bad experience with us! Nothing has changed for me in the last hours.
September 26, 2005 at 1:42 am #673370vladcizsolMemberGuys its the weekend. Fortune is closed and is not going to solve any issues until Monday. Rather then just pile on a bunch of posts trashing them can we wait until Monday and DISCUSS these issues and seek a resolution?
Also please take a moment to read this:

You guys are relatively new to CAP so I think it important that you take a moment to do so.
Our primary focus when discussing problems is to constructively work towards a resolution. Lets stick to that goal.

You see I have tried to contructively seek a resolution and if I dont get a double talking email I get no answer at all.
The wont answer thier phone nor emails. This isnt the 1st time fortune affiliates has done me dirty.
On Monday why dont you ask David the real reason Lidia left her postion and what she did that got her disaplined.Altho I am sure their version wont be as good as mine.
September 26, 2005 at 10:49 am #673378vladcizsolMembergbp we will talk to David and Tami today and see if we cant get you some answers.
September 26, 2005 at 12:34 pm #673379AnonymousInactiveAny luck in talking to David?
I have been trying to call them since 4am est but they still wont answer the phone or return emails.
It really seems to me they dont give a hoot if we get paid or not!
September 26, 2005 at 12:39 pm #673380vladcizsolMembergbp excuse my french but that’s bullshit. Fortune has always paid their affiliates every month.
They were late this month due to a stats issue they were having with Microgaming. They did a pay run last week, if you werent paid its an issue we need to correct, but cut out the hyperbole and lets get you taken care of.
September 26, 2005 at 12:50 pm #673381AnonymousInactiveIt is now Sept 26th. Depending on which verision of the t&c they are still late.
Why did they pay some on Thursday and not everyone?
You may say bull but this is the 3rd month in a row that they have been late and had some excuse.
All I want is what I am owed so i can forget about them.
September 26, 2005 at 12:53 pm #673382vladcizsolMemberI understand your frustration and WILL get you an answer as soon as I can locate David. He always responds to any requests for support we put in, so just be a little patient and I will find out whats going on with your account.
September 26, 2005 at 12:54 pm #673383AnonymousInactiveHi Professor,
I think that we are talking about this matter only to solve it, not to make more confusion and I agree with you, but i’m not new on the online gambling affiliations, we own about 130 websites, and if FA don’t want to explain to us what exactly happen i’ll just leave the group like the others that haven’t replied to my messages in the past.
If the only way to get the attention of a casino group it’s writing a message here or on another forum there’s something wrong anyway.
I’m on the FA affiliate program since 2004 and I want an explanation from the group not just about the payment, but also for the their methods, they was always ready to solve all the compliants, why now i don’t get any kind of answer since 10 days??Thank you very much for your help Professor, this forum it’s so useful.
September 26, 2005 at 1:06 pm #673385vladcizsolMemberNo Problem Deto. Trust me as soon as I can find David I will get you guys some answers. As a fellow affiliate I know nothing aggravates me as much as late or missed payments, so we are taking this matter seriously.
