I am selling a 3 years old website that i sell high pr advertising space on.Last months income was $15258.00 .Because of the google rules on link sales I cannot disclose the url in public.This website has no gambling links and most of the sales are from sitepoint and other forums.There is alot of potential with the site , you can make sub directories on the site and in couple updates have a pr7 gambling site too.All pages leading from homepage are pr7with exception of the new pages i put in since the last update. Minimum price is mid to high $xx,xxx.Payment by escrow only.

There is more profit in non gambling pr7 sites and I will have a pr7 gambling site next update
