Let me first say I think people ARE being defeatist, I don’t think this is over, and I think the language of the bill could have been much worse. I believe what we are doing is still legal, and I think those who are invested for the long haul need to keep their chins up!
That said, I have been thinking about getting out of the business for a while, and this seems like a good time to do it. Or a terrible time to do it, LOL. Anyhoo, here are some pertintent details:
-Average about 700-800 UNIQUE visitors a month
-Being sold w/o affiliate accounts (since they are dropping like flies), but average earnings were about 8-10k/month for the last two years.
– Niche market of no-download players
-Been Online since August 2003
-Homepage PR4, internal pages PR3
– About 5 months remaining on purchased link terms, these would have to stay up as long as the site was in operation in some form
– Very well-ranked for some very competitive keywords.
